... Used to be 8, but they brought it up to 10

TeamXbox: "Cliff Bleszinski, Gears of War’s lead designer, has announced that the game will ship with 10 versus multiplayer maps instead of the 8 originally announced. A post in the official GOW forums reads as follow:

Folks,

Turns out we ARE shipping with 10 versus maps. (We were saying 8 to be on the safe side.) Go forth and spread the word!
