My take on the end of gears 3

And all the others

Standing around a grave, it zooms in and it says 'Marcus Phoenix - gave his life to save the world', they hold out the dog tags and drop them on his grave, as they are walking away the ground moves slightly. To suggest Gears 4.

But for the ending, i think we should wait and see what happens to the Cog Squad with Gears 2.

Well as much as bad grammar and terrible spelling go, Santa doesn't do it much so he's allowed a little leway, as for you who actually wrote "u"...That's just wrong..
But the ending sounds crap in my opinion 'cause it's really cliched and typical.

I generally didn't know his name was Fenix, but to be honest, Phoenix sounds better, as it was a play on worlds. The phoenix rises from it's ashes...

I don't see why you're plotting an ending to Gears 3. Gears two isn't even out yet. You're kind of jumping the gun a bit. Also, your ending is nothing special. It is very typical and isn't very deep. If your going to assume he dies, you could at least explain how you think he dies. But how would you know, you haven't even played Gears 2.
Also, why are you people so tough on spelling? It's now that big a deal as long as you can convey the point across.

I'm not tough on spelling its just that ICEMAN was, all because "Fenix" was spelt "Pheonix". Who gives a shit. So we just pointed out to him that he wasn't exactly one to talk.

Sounds way too much like the end cutscene of Halo 3, with 117 engraved on the slab. It would be a suckish ending too.

I think that Gears 3 will be the flagship game of the new Xbox, just like Halo 3 was for the 360.

And btw, Cole Train is just Augustus Cole's nickname.

I agree, it's a money ploy for all those Gears addicts to buy the new console and the game. Perfect way to start out with some major profits.

He will then successfully defeat her, with smoke all around (just like what happens when wildfires are put out) and the squad walking away. Possibly a narrator, like Hoffman praising them. I wanna know what you guys mean when you say "new xbox". I know that the 360 will soon be surpassed, but how can you all be so sure that it will happen in the next 2 years?

Something to think about: If gow3 came out on 360, would the graphics be any better?
