Here we go with the start of a guide to the achievements. Add your methods here.

Canonized - After the opening cut-scene, simply go to the church. After the cut-scene, you'll have to fight some of the Saints to gain entry. Once you've been welcomed by Julius you're a member, and you'll get the achievement.

Reclamationist - Follow the storyline and complete the "back to basics", "abandoned storefront", and "reclamation" missions. (you must do the first two to get the last one) After the cut-scene following "reclamation" you will receive the award.

Grease Monkey - Own a total of 50 cars. - Simply put 50 cars in your garage once you've unlocked the Saints Row Loft Crib. (This is unlocked by completing the "Back to Basics" mission.) They do not have to be different types of cars, you just need 50 of them. Since there is a major intersection right behind the crib, you can just keep jacking cars and driving them into the garage. Also, if you shoot a cop near the crib, police cars will keep coming and you can just kill the cops then drive the car into the garage. I got about 8 in a row this way.

Fast and Furious - Hijacking locations - See Fluffer

Tuner - Racing Locations - See Fluffer - For "Easy" races, bring an FBI to the line. The game will match you against other SUVs which can't touch the FBI's top speed and durability.

Pimp - Snatch Locations - See Fluffer

Pusher - Drug Trafficking Locations - See Fluffer

Vandal - Mayhem Locations - See Fluffer

Fluffer - Escort Locations - For these you need to drive around all over the map and find all of the locations that you can for that activity. Once in the mission, do all of the levels that you have access to. Once you complete the levels associated with that location you will receive a message stating that you have completed all levels and may do them for more money, but you will not earn additional respect for this location. Once you receive this message for all locations of a given activity type, you will unlock the associated achievement.

First Location Complete: 10% discount off Customizations at Rim Jobs.
Second Location Complete: 20% discount.
Third Location Complete: 30% discount.
All Locations Complete: 50% discount.

Snatch
3rd Street Saints: Unlocks Will.
Los Carnales: Pimp Suit and Hat in your wardrobe.
Vice Kings: Pimp Jewelry in your wardrobe.
Westside Rollerz: Baron vehicle in your garage.
All complete: Pimp cane shotgun at your cribs.

Escort
Los Carnales: Zoot suit outfit in your wardrobe.
Vice Kings: Unlocks Samantha.
Westside Rollerz: News Van in your garage.
All complete: Special Limo in your garage.

Drug Trafficking
Los Carnales: Carnales notoriety drops 5% faster.
Vice Kings: Kings notoriety drops 5% faster.
Westside Rollerz: Rollerz notoriety drops 5% faster.
All complete: Police notoriety drops 5% faster.

Hitman
Los Carnales: Gold GDHC .50 at your cribs.
Vice Kings: Platinum T3K at your cribs.
Westside Rollerz: Platinum AS12 Riot shotgun and unlocks Mr. Wong.
All complete: Discount at Friendly Fire and Platinum RPG at cribs.

Insurance Fraud
Los Carnales: Less damage from car wrecks.
Vice Kings: Less damage from bullets.
Westside Rollerz: Less damage from explosions.
All complete: Regenerate health faster.

Demolition Derby
Complete: Derby cars available in your garage.

Chop Shop
Los Carnales: Special Hollywood in your garage.
Vice Kings: Special Stilletto in your garage.
Westside Rollerz: Special Ricochet in your garage.
All complete: Discount on all vehicle repairs.

Mayhem
Los Carnales: Molotovs at cribs.
Vice Kings: Grenades at cribs.
Westside Rollerz: Pipebombs at cribs.
All complete: RPG at cribs.

Hijacking
Los Carnales: Racing clothing in wardrobe.
Vice Kings: Jewelry pack in wardrobe.
Westside Rollerz: Special Attrazion in your garage.
All complete: Special Titan in your garage.

Note: In order to get the unlockable, you need to complete all levels of a given activity in that Gang's Area if it is something with multiple levels. (Like Snatch and Escort.) If you are doing these for the first time, you will get the "All Complete" unlockable and the associated achievement at the same time.

Scavenger - Unlike some of the other activities, chop shop locations do not have levels associated with them. They are simply a list of cars that you need to acquire and bring back to the location. My advice would be to do 1 garage at a time so you know where you're bringing the car back to each time. When you check out the list of cars on the wall you can "Add to HUD". What this does is to have your mini-map highlight when a particular car type you're looking for is in your radius. When you see one, jack it. If it needs any type of mods, they can be made at Rim Jobs. Take the cars back to the garage to get credit for them. - Note: Might be a good idea to do all the racing locations first as you will receive a 50% discount on all customization items at Rim Jobs if you complete all of the racing locations and levels.
Note 2: You cannot turn in one of the reward cars. (ie: Julius' Zenith) However, if you are driving one around, you're more likely to see others. So, drive the reward car to get the regular ones to spawn more frequently, then take one of them to the chop shop.

Contract Killer - Similar to Chop Shops, Hitman locations do not have levels associated with them. Instead, you are given a list of hits which you must make. You must kill the target as listed on the hit or you will not get credit for it. It is a good idea to save before making a hit so that if something goes wrong you can load and try again. Like the chop shop, Hitman does not have a time limit and can be accomplished at any point during your game. There are three hitman locations, one located in each enemy gang territory. Also, targets do not spawn until you visit a Hitman location. Might be worth starting them all at the beginning of the game so you have more opportunities to bump into them during your hostile take-over of Stilwater...

Marathon Runner - Travel 26.2 miles on foot - Walk/run everywhere. If you do every mission and activity possible without a car (some require you to use a vehicle), you will pick this one up soon enough.

Colombian Made - Take over Los Carnales territory - To do this, you need to complete all of the Carnales missions and strongholds. There are 10 missions and 4 strongholds in this story arc. You will need a x14 multiplier on your respect meter viewed at the end of an activity to complete them all in succession.

Regicide - Take over Vice Kings territory - To do this, you need to complete all of the Vice Kings missions and strongholds. There are 11 missions and 5 strongholds in this story arc. You will need a x16 multiplier on your respect meter viewed at the end of an activity to complete them all in succession.

Road Warrior - Take over Road Warriorz territory - To do this, you need to complete all of the Vice Kings missions and strongholds. There are 9 missions and 4 strongholds in this story arc. You will need a x13 multiplier on your respect meter viewed at the end of an activity to complete them all in succession.

Jump the Shark - Withdrew a total of $200,000 from the Loan Office. - Visit First Born Loans and withdraw money. Look for the dollar sign on the map in Union Square in the North area of the map. You can withdraw between 5 and 50 thousand based on your game progress. Simply withdraw and repay enough money to toal $200,000. You can simply stand on the spot where you take out the loan and repay within 5-10 seconds.

Grifter - Earn $200,000 in Insurance Fraud - Play the Insurance Fraud mini-game and earn $200,000 along the way. Your best bet is to start the Activity in a Police Car and drive as fast as it'll go into on-coming traffic and get yourself ejected from the car on impact. (This happens automatically when going fast enough.) Get enough multipliers going and it is possible to break $200,000 on a single "fall".

you can just go to the Loan Office (somewhere in the north, near the river) withdraw 15,000 $ and after a while give it back to them. Repeat 14 times and you will receive that achievement.

Chain Gang - Drop off 500 Chains in Big Ass Chains - Big Ass Chains is a multiplayer mode. The objective is to get chains and drop them off at a specific location to score points. Drop off 500 chains at your target drop spot to score this achievement.
Note: It must be 500 in either team or solo. 500 between the two does not count.

Stilwater PD Award - Kill 50 Stilwater residents with only melee attacks - Kill 50 pedestrians with only melee attacks. This means barehanded, any melee weapon, or a pistol whip attack. They also must be pedestrians. Anyone who shows up with a dot on your minimap (purple for Saints, red for cops and rival gangs) will not count toward the achievement.

Scourge of the Air - Destory 50 helicopters - If you take out a loan from the loan office (First Born Loans) and don't pay it back on time, the loan shark will try and hunt you down. After repelling them a few times, they will eventually show up in a helicopter trying to get you to pay up. They never die and will continue to respawn in the helicopter once it gets to that stage. Shoot down the helicopter 50 times then repay the loan and you're good to go.

1. locate and head to sloppy seconds on your map... (red square)
2. start killing cops til you reach 4 stars
3. hide behind the building on the lifted piece of ground (blue arrow)... you have to go between the 2 buildings across the street from sloppy seconds to get there.
4. you wont have to worry about cops if you stay near the fence because they will spawn on the other side of it... just worry about the choppers

Tips:
A. shoot the pilot (if you can) not the chopper... it will crash if you kill the pilot
B. the sniper and the 44 shepherd work BEST on the pilot (1 shot if you hit him)
C. bring the rpg, shot gun, and uzi, there may be times when you can't hit the pilot
D. STAY NEAR THE FENCE... it keeps the cops on the other side, and it helps towards your chopper destruction count because if you are too far from the chopper crash it wont count

Audiophile - Collect all 60 hidden CDs - List of CD locations.

Negotiator - Take 50 hostages - Each passenger of a car counts as 1 hostage toward this achievement. So, hijacking SUVs with 3 passengers if the fastest way to raise your number of hostages taken. Not sure if Hijacking mission targets count or not...
Note: Try to hijack near Forgive and Forget to drop your wanted level.

Racket Lord - Complete all activities in Stilwater - Complete all of the locations and levels for all of the various activites in Stilwater. You do not need to complete any of the storyline missions to unlock this.

Getting Up - Tag all tag locations hidden throughout Stilwater - List of Tag Locations

Tourist - Drive over 500 miles in the city of Stilwater. Any sort of driving will count toward this achievement. However, you must be the driver. Riding in the car for Drug Trafficking missions and some of the Storyline Missions does not count. If you want to just knock this one off, you can just keep driving back and forth on the expressway over and over.

Thug - Achieve a Trueskill rank of Thug.

Killa - Achieve a Trueskill rank of Killa.

Gangsta - Achieve a Trueskill rank of Gangsta.

Kingpin - Achieve a Trueskill rank of Kingpin.

Estimated Trueskill Rank Values:
Thug: Trueskill > 16
Killa: Trueskill > 21
Gangsta: Trueskill > 26
Kingpin: Trueskill > 31

Bulletproof - Complete Co-op level Turbulence at the highest difficulty level. - For this simply go to "Xbox Live" than "Create Party" and select "Co-Op" on "Kingpin" Difficulty. You NEED 2 players to do this and once you finish the level you will get the achievement.
Note: It's very easy

Errand Boy - Complete Co-op level Mob Rule at the highest difficulty level - Same as "Bulleproof" just select the "Mob Rule" level instead of "turbelence" In this one you must deliver 2 boxes to a location and they will respawn if left unattended for more than 30 seconds.... kill enemies, deliver boxes you're done

Shopaholic - Acquire 100 clothing and jewelry items for your single player wardrobe. - Just go to "Sloppy Seconds with Approx. $5,000 and buy all the Shirts, Doo Rags, Bandanas, Hats and Socks (All Colours) and you should get the achievement, buy other cheap items if you still dont get it.... The achievement will be given at the time of the purchase of the 100th item.

Coupon Clipper - Purchase 100 clothing and jewelry items for your multiplayer wardrobe. - Do the same as "Shopaholic" This will take much longer as you will earn appox. $15-$60 per game.... Or you could just buy whatever you want and try to keep off expensive stuff and it'll work.

Penny Pincher - Earn $1,000,000 in the city of Stilwater. - Simply earn $1,000,000 in the single player game... You dont have to have it all at once and you can see your progress in the menu under "Stats">"Statistics">"Total Money Earned"
Try this:
1. Find an armored car, its a decently big truck and says armored car on it... they are pretty random so this is the hardest part -- id say go hang around a bank... anyways
2. Steal it, drive it back to your crib and store it in the garage.
3. go to the far northwest "Rim jobs"
4. Pull the truck out of the mechanics shop, and drive up to the gas station pump.
5. Get out and shoot at the pump to blow the truck up
6. pick up the money (4k-12k), go back to rim jobs, buy back your titan and repeat
Note: Alternatively, instead of the gas pumps, you can use the bulldozer near the Saints Row Loft Crib to destroy the truck.

Leader of the Pack - Acquire all 7 homies - As you progress through the game, you will be given phone numbers of homies to call to help you out. Once you have all 7 numbers in your cell phone, you will unlock this achievement.
Here's how to get them:
**WARNING, MAJOR SPOILERS**
1. Wheel Woman - Unlocked after you are Canonized. She drives a Destiny and is packing a Vice 9. Also, any vehicle you enter while she's in your group, she will drive. This leaves you to concentrate on shooting people. While you are riding shotgun, you have no limitations on the weapons you can use. Anything from pistols to RPG launchers are at your disposal for drive-by mayhem. However, I wouldn't suggest firing across the vehicle with the RPG launcher...
2. Will - Unlocked after completing the 2 levels of the first Snatch Mission in Saints Row. He drives a Hammerhead and packs a Vice 9. Especially good for rides when you're out in the boonies without a car. The Hammerhead is fast.
3. Chicken Ned - Unlocked simply by calling his phone number. 555-2445. If you want to find it for yourself in the world, it is scrawled on the outside wall of a Strip Club. I forget which one.
4. Samantha - Unlocked by completing 8 levels of Vice Kings Escort Activity. Bikini-clad stripper driving a stilletto and toting a K6. What more could any red-blooded american male ask for?
5. Laura - Drug dealing suburban housewife. Unlocked by completing 8 levels of Westside Rollerz Drug Trafficking Activity. Drives a Hannibal minivan and uses a SWAT issue shotgun. Don't mess with the soccer mom.
6. Mr. Wong - Complete the Westside Rollerz Hitman Activity to unlock. Drives "Justice", packs a T3K Urban SMG and dresses like he thinks he's the Riddler...
7. Zombie Lin - After Lin gets wasted in Westside Rollerz mission 7, you can bring her back to life by calling Eye for an Eye. The voodoo boys will bring her back to life to fight as one of your homies. The flesh eating and arm beatings are personal favorites...

It is easier when you do it near Forget & Forgive (or whatever it's called). Just drive there when you have 2-3 police stars.

Professional Thief - Steal 30 boxes and deliver them successfully - Hit as many stores as you can every night. If you go to the store during the day and try to access the safe you'll just end up with money and it won't count toward this achievement.
Note: During a Theft the crowbar on the HUD represents the number of packages you have in a vehicle while the number beside the car is how many packages it has space for.

Addicted to tha Row - Played Saints Row for a total of 20 hours. - This is only single player time. you can check your currrent time in the game by checking your stats on the info screen of the pause menu. You can hook up your controller to a "Play and Charge" (so it doesn't auto-off) and leave your character inside the Saint's Church, if you want time to accrue while you're not at your system. The game does not count time while paused, so you have to let it play. Also, you might want to turn off the Auto-Off feature in the system menu unless you only want 6 hours after you leave it.

Dominator - Won 10 ranked matches in a row. - Simply win ten Ranked matches in a Row. It's quite hard, but can be accomplished with some good friends, just create a party and don't lose a game for a while, it'll come. But be warned, your Truskill may not go up.

Xzibitionist - Get the car to level 4 in Blinged Out Ride 50 times. - This is a multiplayer achievement. You must get your car to level 4 in "Blinged Out Ride" multiplayer game type 50 times. Nobody else can be in the car while you upgrade it from level 3 to level 4.

[Slayer]

Shopaholic - Acquire 100 clothing and jewelry items for your single player wardrobe. - Just go to "Sloppy Seconds with Approx. $5,000 and buy all the Shirts, Doo Rags, Bandanas, Hats and Socks (All Colours) and you should get the achievement, buy other cheap items if you still dont get it.... The achievement will be given at the time of the purchase of the 100th item.

I did that and still did not get the achievement. I have 121 items!?

For the destroy 50 helicopters achievement you also can replay a mayhem level 8 activity, because you'll have infinitive rocketlauncher ammo so it costs you nothing and you'll earn $5.000 every time you complete it so just play level 8 a couple of times en shoot down some helicopters

I did that and still did not get the achievement. I have 121 items!?

You must've put in a cheat... Theres no reason it shoudlnt work... Pretty straight forward, and there shouldnt be a achievement glitch

another good way to this is to go to the demolition derby top level and when you win you get £5000

It does count between the two, now! As I have 375 in Team BAC and 166 in solo BAC and I have the achievement clearly not 500 in just one but, 541 between the two. You must get more then 525 between the two.

The "Note" is not correct. it does combine your team and solo count. This needs to be corrected.

I found an easier way to do this achievement, for anyone else still needing it. You have to finish the Hitman activities and Los Carnales story line before doing it though.

Once you have that completed, run to your crib near the airport (Los Carnales crib) and fill up on all ammo, making sure you grab the platinum RPG. From there, either head out and get a wanted level, or just jump onto the roof, which you will need to do anyway.

How do you get onto the roof? From the bedroom where you have all your stuff (stash, weapons, save and clothing), head down the hall to the other side of the house, staying upstairs. Here, there is a larger bedroom with 2 doors going outside. The one on the left takes you to the balcony around the pool and leads back to the first bedroom. The one on the right, however, leads to a tiny balcony. This balcony overhangs the driveway. Here, you can jump on the railing, right next to the roof above the driveway, and from there, jump onto the roof. You cannot get up to the top of the house (trust me, I have tried), but you can stay up here.

Once you are on the roof, start shooting cops to get your wanted level up to 4 stars. As long as you stay on the roof, the police cannot get to you, and will just crowd up on the driveway. They also cannot shoot you, except at a distance, but as long as you have a few other weapons (which you should after finishing hitman) you can pick them off easy. Being on the roof gives you a nice clear shot at the helicopters when they come around. Just make sure you stay on the roof at all times unless you are going to run back and refill your ammo.

I tried other methods from this guide, the forums, and other places too, but none were as effective and easy as this one I found on my own. Originally, I wasn't even trying to get this achievement this way. I was going the slow and painless route, as suggested by another guide. It recommended borrowing money and waiting till they send helicopters after you. What they did not say is that they only send people after you once every 4-8 in-game hours. So you would have to wait almost 2 weeks in game to get the achievement. The only nice thing is it will not give you a wanted level, but it takes forever.

Also, I did not read all of the posts on here or in all the other threads in this forum, so if someone else posted this method already, I apologize and don't mean to suggest I was the only person to figure this out.

Ok so I just beat all 3 insurance fraud activities and I got the health regen thing but the achievement didn't unlock.I didn't use cheats, the only thing I did was sometimes call an ambulance to use or hit. Anyone know if this is why it didn't unlock? because I had used an ambulance and gotten other achievements.

that because there is no achievement for completing all the insurance activities, only for earning 200.000!!!!!

yeah, the achievement for the insurance fraud isnt for completing them, just for doing 200,000 dollars worth of damage to yourself

Hey All,

Been trying to get all of the achievements from the single player activities. I have completed almost all of them but the first was snatch. I beat all 3 levels of it and unlocked the baron vehicle. What I am confused about is why my acheivement for beating the snatch activity didnt unlock...can anyone explain? Thanks alot.....Later

U have to finish all snatch activities, there is one in saints row 2 (2 levels). If you used cheats you dont get the achievement.

I beat the VK Snatch acitivity, but I cant find the pimp jewelry, where can i find it? TIA.

I'm not sure about the Vice Kings snatch. I'm pretty sure you can find all the Jewlry and what not in your Crib(s)

Pimp clothes are from Los Carnales Territory. AKA South Stillwater, or so I've heard. I'm not too big on snatch though. I like to help with the Druuuuuuuugs.

3rd Street Saints: Unlocks Will.
Los Carnales: Pimp Suit and Hat in your wardrobe.
Vice Kings: Pimp Jewelry in your wardrobe.
Westside Rollerz: Baron vehicle in your garage.
All complete: Pimp cane shotgun at your cribs.

Note: In order to get the unlockable, you need to complete all levels of a given activity in that Gang's Area if it is something with multiple levels. (Like Snatch and Escort.) If you are doing these for the first time, you will get the "All Complete" unlockable and the associated achievement at the same time.

And finally as has been posted above, if you save whilst cheats have been entered, from that save and thereafter you will not recieve achievements.
