missed a collectible, should I restart?

Hey guys, I just started the game and I missed the data storage item on the train. Will it still count for the achievement if I pick it up using chapter select? Or should I just restart the game?

Pick it up in chapter select after you complete the game.

As a side note, once you collect all left arms or data storages, the achievement won't pop until you finish the chapter.

The Data Storage is at the end of the level anyways. Probably just wise to collect it while going through your next difficulty.
