Character Level Question.

Does collecting secret items and doing hidden agenda's effect anything other than unlocking weapons for the level 21 achievement?

I already unlocked the achievement and I'm wondering if there is any point in collecting them for my other 2 play through's... (a couple of my agenda's were different from what was written in the guide, though I'm wondering if that just isn't mistakes on the guide's part)

The only point in it would be to unlock some weapons you liked using in the other play through or to help some one get spy v spy.

reaching level 21 in my first game unlocked all the weapons for everyone.

My guide said that eddie planted a bug on the car at the start of level 6 (car chase) but for me his agenda was to blow up someones car. None of the other two planted a bug on that level so I am wondering if my level changed the agenda on that level, or if the guide was just screwed up.
