Anyone know what the save system is going to be?
Becuase it was dreadful in FC2. |

Good question. And I agree with FC 2. Even though i really like the game, having to get to a save spot wasn't always easy. Hopefully, it's better in this one.

Manual saves be the only good solution me thinks, along with autosaves of course.

I kinda liked watching the timeframe when saving in the outhouse.
It gave a day and night cycle through a little cutscene. |

Well that was nice, but the problem was that it was the only method to save. No checkpoints during a mission was a disaster.
I only managed to find this - http://uk.ign.com/articles/2012/03/2...tions-answered "Question #8: Dont know if this has been asked before but what sort of save system will they use? Will it be like the old checkpoint system? - @AndyMighalls Without going too much into details, we made sure that the save system is forgiving and prevents from having to 'redo' long sections of navigation if you die along the way." |
