Achievement Guide and Roadmap
VERY MUCH A WORK IN PROGRESS. IF ANYONE HAS DONE VIDEOS AND WANTS THEM ADDED LET ME KNOW.
-Estimated achievement difficulty: 4 (Infinite if you plan to try multiplayer legit as it is not very popular)
-Offline: 37 
-Online: 13 
-Approximate amount of time to 1000: 40 Hours total (24 hours Multiplayer, 16 Hours Single Player)
-Minimum number of playthroughs needed: 1 (But that is only if you are SUPER AWESOME. Realistically 2. 1 to get through on Classic/007 and 1 to get trials and clean up anything missed)
-Missable achievements: Mission Select
-Does difficulty affect achievements?: Yes, 007 & Secret Agent. Also there are level trials achievements based on difficulty choosen.
-Glitched achievements: None
-Unobtainable achievements: None (Again, multiplayer is pretty dead so all are obtainable, just difficult)
Note: 007 and Secret Agent can and should be done at once. 007 requires you to play on Classic versus Modern and Secret Agent requires you to play on the Agent or higher difficulty.
Master at Arms - 20 Make an elimination with every weapon class.
The classes are Assault Rifles, Submachine Guns, Sniper Rifles, Shotguns, Handguns. You should easily be able to get this completed in the first mission.
Handgun - You start with the P99
Assault Rifle - AK-47 on the body as you climb up from outside to inside.
Submachine Gun - Stauger UA-1 in the first chest right after the AK and they talk about intel.
Shotgun - There is a PT9 Interdictus against a crate after you open the bridge area that is in the first main building.
Sniper Rifle - There is a Pavlov ASR in the upper left room in the opening smelting area in a crate.
Distracting - 10 Distract an enemy.
You will get this as part of following Pussy. You will be told to point your watch at the speakers on the wall and use the laser to overload it and distract the guards.
I expect you to die - 20 Get 100% collection rating for 'Goldfinger'.
There are 14 pieces of Intel in Goldfinger all of them in the first half of the mission during Auric Enterprises.
Signature - 7 Campaign: Reach level three weapon proficiency with the P99.
This can be tracked in XP Challenges - Weapons - Walther P99 Eliminations - Level III is 105 Kills. This is very possible to get done by the time you reach Fort Knox if you don't waste too much ammo.
Spend the money quickly Mr. Bond - 20 Campaign: Be awarded a total of 10,000 XP.
You get XP for doing primary and secondary objectives. For completed XP Challenges and getting all the Intel. This will unlock some time in Fort Knox if you are making sure to complete everything.
Goldfinger - 15 Complete the 'Goldfinger' mission.
This will unlock at the end of the Fort Knox section of the mission.
Boys with Toys - 10 Campaign: Buy all of the attachments for one weapon class.
By the start of this mission you will have more than enough XP to get this achievement. These are purchased under Upgrade Shop - Attachments. The Shotgun only has 4 upgrades costing a total of 6,040 XP.
Never happened to the other guy - 20 Get 100% collection rating for 'O.H.M.S.S.'
O.H.M.S.S. - 15 Complete the 'O.H.M.S.S.' mission.
License To Kill
Very novel Q - 10 Campaign: Upgrade a gadget to its highest level.
Positively shocking! - 12 Take out two enemies with one shock dart.
You unlock the Dart Gun at the start of Refinery. Simply go into Upgrade Shop and upgrade all 3 options. When you get to the first area there are 2 guys hanging out together on the right side. Simply sneak up on these two and hit one dirctly with the shock dart. This will take them both out and get you the achievement.
You prepare for the unexpected - 20 Get 100% collection rating for 'License To Kill'.
Licence To Kill - 15 Complete the 'License To Kill' mission.
Die Another Day
Happy Snapper - 10 Campaign: Take a photograph of the crocodile.
When you get into the main office in the biodome you will come to a locked door that you need to follow the wire to a fuse box. In the big room with the fuse box head down to the glass floor at the bottom and look back and down towards where you can from and the croc is underneath.
With or Without Q - 16 Reach Grave’s plane without using any in-car gadgets.
This is the entirety of the second mission. Simply don't use any gadget. Don't activate traction control, don't fire a weapons. Nothing. The mission is in 3 parts and you can reload any failures. At the final part head all the way left of right and then when you are parallel to the plane just dart over and finish the mission. The achievement pops on the mission results screen.
Vodka martini, plenty of ice... - 20 Get 100% collection rating for 'Die Another Day'.
Die Another Day - 15 Complete the 'Die Another Day' mission.
Scream if you want to go faster - 10 Campaign: Give someone an exciting training experience.
Around the world one more time - 20 Get 100% collection rating for 'Moonraker'.
Moonraker - 15 Complete the 'Moonraker' mission.
007 - 50 Complete all levels on a 'Classic' difficulty.
Secret Agent - 50 Complete all levels on ‘Agent’ difficulty or higher.

Standards of Physical Perfection - 30 Campaign: Acquire all of the MI6 training modules.
There are 9 Training Modules. These can be bought under the Upgrade Shop - Training. All 9 will cost you 21,600 XP.
All That Glitters - 10 Earn a 3 star rating in any mission of the Challenges mode.
Challenger - 20 Earn a 1 star rating in each mission of the Challenges mode.
Shooting Star - 20 Get 30% of all available stars in the Challenges mode.
Star Struck - 40 Get 60% of all available stars in the Challenges mode.
Fascination with all things gold - 60 Get 100% of all available stars in the Challenges mode.
30% is 15 stars, 60% is 30 stars.

Everything or Nothing - 5 Complete all of the trials on any one level.
This is to get all 3 Trials (Operative, Agent, 007) in 1 level, not the entire mission. Meaning as soon as you complete all 3 in Goldfinger - Auric Enterprises it will unlock.
Above and Beyond a 00 - 30 Complete three of the '007' level trials.
You just need to finish three of the eight available.
More Than an Agent - 25 Complete six of the 'Agent' level trials.
You need six of the eight possible.
Extended Operative - 20 Complete eight of the 'Operative' level trials.
You need to complete all eight of the Operative trials.
You simply need to be at the difficulty or above to work on it. Meaning if you play on Agent you can unlock the Operative and Agent Trials, but will be unable to try for the 007 unless you play at 007 difficulty. Trials are completed as soon as you get the popup. You do NOT need to finish the entire level.
Goldfinger (Auric Enterprises)
(Operative) Accuracy: Keep your hit ratio above 90%.
Play on Operative and just run through everyone without firing. Do a takedown if someone gets in your way. When you get to the smelting area go stealth and kill everyone with the P99 Silenced and the Pavlov ASR Silenced sniper rifle to get some hits in. Then run through the end part and this will pop. Also shots on locks count against you so use your melee to open chests.
(Agent) Target: Shoot the 7 targets.
This is shown in my intel / targets video in the Goldfinger sections.
1 - After going through the first small building and you come outside again this is on a semi on the right.
2/3 - Back inside in the first main open area turn around towards where you entered and #2 is up high. Then continue and #3 is on the under side of the right circular balcony, right over the switch to open the bridge.
4 - This is on the right side of the glass control room you need to hack to continue.
5 - This is in the bottom right room in the smelting area with a intel piece.
6 - As you follow the gas up some stairs it is on the right in a small area at the top of the stairs with 2 guns leaning on the wall.
7 - As you escape this is on the right in one of the small cubbie's the enemyies come out of.
(007) Stealth: From the smelting room, reach Goldfinger's office without setting off an alert.
Here is a video to show this trial. Generally in the smelting room get the Pavlov ASR Silenced sniper rifle and hit the far targets one at a time. If you get seen, the screen will show an indicator that you have lost the challenge, reload the last checkpoint then.
Goldfinger (Fort Knox)
(Operative) Accuracy: Keep your hit ratio above 80%
(Agent) Elimination: Make 100 eliminations with the AK-47
(007) Subdue: Use Physical takedowns to subdue 10 enemies
Agent and 007 are fine to do at the same time. Most of the enemies use the AK so ammo is plentiful. I find keeping to the left side of the level up top gives you cover via the trucks and you can blitz out for takedowns and get back no problem. I unlocked the takedown outside the 100 AK elimin down in the vault with PLENTY of enemies left.
OHMSS (Alpine Valley)
(Operative) Accuracy: Keep your hit ratio above 15%
(Agent) Elimination: Make 7 eliminations with the Stauger
(007) Time: Complete the level within 3:55
I would go for Agent and 007 together. The level almost won't let you take longer that 3:55 as you'll lose sight of Teresa. 7 eliminations count for snowmobilers, the helicopter gunner, and the stationary guys so 7 is also very easy. I would go for Operative alone as all the accuracy trials are pretty insane. Did a run where I only burst the helicopter at the end and FAILED so you have to take out some snowmobilers for this to count. So do a short burst and if you miss any snowmobiles reload the checkpoint.
OHMSS (Blofeld's Lair)
(Operative) Time: Complete the level within 25 minutes and 30 seconds.
This includes all cutscenes and up until the very end of the mission. I had 2:55 left on the clock and I ran past as much as I could.
(Agent) Shoot the 7 targets.
My video above with the intel pieces for OHMSS includes all 7 targets.
(007) From the labs, reach Blofeld's office without setting off an alert.
License to Kill (Refinery)
(Operative) Time: Complete the level within 20 minutes.
(Agent) Specialist: Make 40 eliminations with the Walther P99. Making eliminations with other weapons will fail this trial.
(007) Stealth: Reach Sanchez's office without setting off an alert.
Die Another Day (Ice Hotel)
(Operative) Time: Complete the level within 24 minutes.
(Agent) Specialist: Make 50 eliminations with the STK-21 Commando. Making eliminations with other weapons will fail this trial.
(007) Stealth: Reach Graves' office without setting off an alert.
Moonraker (Grave's Cargo Plane)
Moonraker (Space Port)
Clandestine - 10 Campaign: Collect 100% of all organization intel.
Making it Personal - 10 Campaign: Collect 100% of all character bio intel.
One small step for a man - 0 Experience zero-g.

A lot of these are going to be pretty hard simply because this game does not have a lot of player support. It can be impossible to get enough people into a match, let alone do what the achievement requires. Because of this I would suggest looking to the boosting thread to find people. If you are host, meaning you try to find a gametpye and no one else is in the room, just press start to instantly start the match! (Thanks Shadow Austin 317)
SOME BOOSTING METHODS FROM upindat:
SOLO: Black Box is 1420 XP for 2 minutes alone if you are working to hold the case, 1500 for destroying it but it's a lot more work. Icarus will net you 1200 XP for about the same amount of time.
4 PERSON DATA MINER: Can really be done in any mode that is time based versus kill # based. Simply ignore the actual objective and go for kills. Bonus points can be acquired for killing people in the air (Clipped Wing), ADS Sniper (Counter Sniper - Has an achievement!), and Last Bullet. I would suggest going for 10 and then switching. 10 kills is the top streak and also 10 kills for dominating. Then when someone else takes over they will get a huge bonus for killing someone on that size of a streak.
Shaken, but not Stirred - 10 Public Match: Survive 50 explosions while using Reactive Armor.
Reactive Armor is a level 42 unlock in Gadget 2. Then run up to grenades and mines and hope you survive.
Return to Sender - 35 Public Match: In Bomb Defuse disarm the bomb and plant it at enemy base without getting killed.
Then "simply" let them plant, defuse, and plant at their base. All without dying. If no one else comes in you can do this easily with a friend 1 v 1.
Omega Virus - 15 Public Match: Kill an enemy who has completed the campaign or who already has this Achievement.
First achievement I unlocked. It will unlock immediately on killing the enemy. There is no way of knowing if they have it or not but it's already pretty viral.
Midas Touch - 15 Public Match: Win a match on Main Vault, Smelting Room and Loading Bay.
This can be any game mode. Just vote for these maps when they come up. It will unlock at the end of the match in which you win your third time.
Laser Eraser - 15 Public Match: Win a match using only laser-based weapons.
Under Weapons - Submachine Guns - Moonraker Laser is unlocked at level 30. Also Secondary - Machine Pistols - Laser Pistol, but this is unlocked at Specialization level 4, a lot later than lvl 30. You only have to be on the team that wins, not get 1st place overall.
Alternately in Legends, Hugo Drax starts with the Laser Pistol. The difference being you would have to win a FFA with just the laser pistol. Much harder solo than as a team, but much sooner time wise to start trying.
Hold the Line - 30 Public Match: Win a Data Miner match without being killed.
You need to to be the first to get to 100% completition or be the highest when time runs out. You're uplink goes faster the more cell phones you pick up from dead enemies, whether you killed them or not. A full match is a long time to go without dying. If you can get a Data Miner room where noone else is in it (very likely) that will make you host. Simply press start to immediately launch to match. People can join but hopefully you will have a HUGE headstart. You come up on the map when you hit 60% completed so be careful. Also make sure to move around a bit so you don't get kicked for inactivity.
Disarmed and Dangerous - 20 Public Match: In Escalation demote an enemy who is armed with the RPG.
Escalation is a weapon progression gametype that requires 4 people to start. Each time you get a kill, you gain a better weapon. The RPG is the last weapon before winning. To demote someone you have to melee kill them.
Counter-Sniper - 25 Public Match: Kill 50 players while they are aiming down the scope of a sniper rifle.
You can check your progress under Agent Record - Combat Ability. The Combat Ability to track this called Counter Sniper.
Danger! High Voltage - 10 Public Match: Get 25 electrocution kills as Zao or Gustav Graves.
Once you unlock Manage Loadouts at lvl 6, select Zao in a Loadout under Legends Character. His melee does electrical damage. You need to play the Legends game type for the unique ability to matter. Legend requires 4 people to start a match. Although there is no electrical Combat Ability to track you can look at your Melee Kills when you start your Zao run.
All the Time in the World - 40 Public Match: Play for more than 24 hours.
Your time played is tracked at the bottom of your Agent Record.
Unlocked and Loaded - 5 Public Match: Reach level 6 (Midshipman).
00 Agent - 30 Public Match: Reach level 50 (00 Agent Grade 0).
A Farewell to Arms - 50 Multiplayer: Enter 00 Specialization.
Level 6 is 15,000 XP. You need 1,009,750 experience to reach level 50 (Thanks SpongebobRoundpants). 00 Specialization is the 007 Legend's version of Prestiging.
FYI - I have 142940 XP (Lvl 18) at 5h 49m

I'd like to see someone finish this game in 24 hours. 24 hours is JUST the multiplayer. That doesn't include challenges, SP, Trails, collectibles... Just because an achievement has a time on it doesn't mean that is the minimum.

Another huge tip is that certain people can host a lobby and lock it down with fewer people. We were able to lock down a lobby with just four people on data mining. Have different people try to search for a lobby. if it has just three open slots your golden. If you can get to level 30 you are set becasue you unlock the lazer gun. i was getting about 6 to 8k per match in team conflict. Not alot of people playing, and the ones that are lower level. You can pretty much own them with this gun.

can u go for it on lowest difficulty? (like i understand the description)
and another question, can anyone use other attatchments on the weapons? i can not change any of them!

Though you can probably get it a lot earlier, the easiest way for me to get Positively Shocking was replaying landing on the Moonraker station. Right after you walk on, you have to use the dart to knock the guards and people out quietly. Do this, leaving the two by the window for last - switch to "shock" from "tranq" and this will net you the achievement.
Also, as stated earlier, the achievement videos linked in the OP are not in order of appearance and are very misleading.

Another way to boost, I've gotten around 8,000 to 9,000 XP per game. You'll need a number of people for this, as I noticed a LOT of randoms logging on to grief attempts at boosting and they seem to really appear in this game type.
Check into an Icarus game with friends, the more the merrier. The best maps are pretty much anyone EXCEPT Fort Knox.
Gather everyone around Console #2. There is a line, a buffer around the console. You need to find that line and stand on it and that way you'll collect 200 xp every time the console is captured by either side. The best way to find the line is when the opposing team is capturing the console, walk up to it so the CAPTURING stops, then slowly inch away from the console until that warning disappears. Basically sit here the whole match - keep flicking up your iron sights / scope / red dot sight / etc - to prevent from being booted for inactivity. You won't even have to move from the spot provided no one else does either.
