Stuck at level 22?

My first dragon got to lvl 22 for the final tournament and i've done all the melee and fire trainings with it, got Gold on all mini games (all difficulties).
Now i've beaten the story i'm trying to max it out but I noticed the wild fights arn't giving me exp, went to training and none of them give exp anymore and challenges don't either
Is there someone to talk to so I can get above 22 1/2?

Edit: After getting all Legendary Dragons you do 4v4 matches in the wild fights and it gives 60,000 exp per fight. Just hit lvl 23, thank god.
