How long do it go for all achievements?

Approximate amount of time for 1000: 15-20 hours
Minimum number of playthroughs needed: 2

Try more like 30-40 hours.

A long time. Some of the achievements, such as 100 impalements and 100 boulder kills, take forever. You nearly have to dedicate a whole playthrough torwards them. I got 1000 in 3 playthroughs. Around 24 hours.
