Track your progress online

The website no longer seems to have an obvious link to this achievement. I've downloaded one of the "Track Your Progress" apps in case that did the trick, but frankly, I'm not sure what exactly I need to do in order to get this one cleared.

This also means I don't know how to further progress to do the Ready Steady Go! achievement, which the guide here gives instructions after the Track your progress online cheevo is taken care of.

This may seem fairly obvious to someone else, but honestly I'm just not seeing it, and any help would be appreciated. I'm very much looking forward to 100%ing this game.

There is a box in the top right of the website called Your Shape Center. Click on that and login with the UPLAY account you've created. Oh... and for the challenge creation thing, make sure all three check marks are green in the sign in page for UPLAY, Xbox Live and Windows Live
