I was wondering if its possible to get the achievement a day early. I mean if you did it would you get banned or get your gamerscore reset?

This^^ & No you cant. Youcan only legitimetly get this achievement on the 17th of September.

When it was 16th september 2009 in my eastern time zone (GMT -5), I switched my time zone to the one it was already the 17th (GMT +14) and the achievement unlocked, I have the time stamp to prove it. Don't understand!

I got it today mate, all you have to do is change your clock settings, I made sure today as I waited 3 years for this achievement!

I started the game today. Cheevo popped up when I started the game first time.

you have to be kidding me... i just got the game, put it in today 18th sept... log on to xbox360a... and i'm ONE day late for getting this achievement... JOKE!!
