stealth

for being a spy game, this game dosnt like you to be stealthy, im more stealthy when i have my shotgun out...any one agree?

can't say i do. I was ok with the stealth level. The problem is most likely that went for a "play anyway you like" approach which almost never works to me.

With stealth + pistols leveled up, you can rape the game even on Hard difficulty.
