Peacekeeper technical problems

So I need some help here with the peacekeeper achievement.

So I need to grind for some screws and I knew hornet man's stage had the most, so I did his repeatedly. But after a few runs I realized that I am repeatedly killing the flower mini boss over and over...

Does anyone have an idea if that nulls the achievement because I've killed more than just one of the flower boss, or does it not matter how many times I kill it?

Good question, the bosses and mini-bosses don't count against you since you HAVE to beat them to get through the game....yet I don't remember if I ever had to defeat a mini-boss more than once. I'd say only beat each of them once just to be on the safe side.
