I changed the options and made the quarters to 12 mins or whatever and it said something about changing this and that will affect achievements so is that true? Or I can easily put each quarter 12 mins each and play through and hopefully unlock some achievements?

One ting I'm hating about the achievements so far is that you have to get them with a specfic kind of player. Like 'run 200 yards with a silver-player' or 'set the single season record for passing yards with a Gold QB'.
It's going to be heart-ache having to keep changing around my players. I'm also hating the 'beat the CPU on "x" difficulty' achievements. The CPU AI is hard enough on rookie, let alone Legend. I don't know, I have 60 GS so far, and I expect to have at least 200 by the end of the day. |

I got 130, I simmed through season. I know I cheated but I'm going to try for that undefeated achievement which is 100 points. Hopefully when I play against my friends, I can unlock some achievements against them instead against the godly AI.

yes its true about changeing the settings i change the difficuilty to all pro to get the shut out achivements which i will work on again later tonight but be sure that if you go for those achivements that to not go tro rematch or it will tell you that you changed the settings or changed teams which i didnt do either one

i got the punch it out achievement a couple minutes ago only running in my 26-28 touchdown but i didnt get the season rushing rec. for yards i ran for 3000+ yards anybody got any ideas?

everyone...i tried getting the single season rushing record and i finshed a season with over 2105 yards....but i didn't get the achievement....Does anyone know if you not only have to break the record but also lead the league as well?

You do not have to lead the league only have more than 2105, however you MUST play the last game of the season. If you are playing it than I do not have a clue as to why it is not unlocking. Get as many achievements as you can with that save file and delete it and start a new season.

After you win the tournament, you won't get the achievement. Back out of Xbox Live and then go back into the game and then once you are back on Live, go the tourny you just won and it will give you the points.
I thought the same thing at first, but when I went back it, it gave me the points. |
