Skate ranch pieces question

Hello

In order to get the "100% complete" achievement, you must collect every skate ranch pieces for your skate park.

I was wondering, do you also have to do the little "testing" of every piece, or can you just say that if you now have it in your skate park, it's fine?

I don't really remember, but first get all the pieces and then if it's not popping up, you ride 'em.

I decided to give up for a while anyway because I started to think this game is frustrating and not really fun anyway =/

Skateboard games aren't what they used to be. Strange, cause they pretty much ARE the same as before, LOL.
