I think a friend seen it in rumor mill in EGM or OXM?? Either way, I think they would make too much money for it to be a rumor only. Also, I believe it just said new Elder Scrolls....so, expansion or new game? I would think expansion because Oblivion just came out. It said finish up Oblivion and be prepared.
