Rubber Bands:

Vale: Basketball Court
Vale: Burger Joint parking lot; behind the low vine-overgrown fence.
Vale: Beside climbable tree next to Aquaberry’ seen in “Cook’s Date.”
Vale/Beach: On the edge of the beach and the dirt Bike path.
Vale/Beach: End of the pier south of Bike shop
Bullworth Town: On top of the Oil Spill gas station. Use the ladder on the back to access rooftop.
Bullworth Town: On top of City Hall, reached during “Making a Mark” using ladders that start in the back of the building.
Bullworth Town: Old movie theater rooftop. Accessed by using the ladder on the building next to it, then sprinting and jumping onto the theater rooftop.
New Coventry: Alleyway behind Hung Lo and the building o the corner at the Bus stop.
New Coventry: In the shipping container yard with the small camping trailer. The entrance is across the street from the Bike garage.
Blue Skies: In the gated-off section of the docks, near the entrance to the dock area. Follow the main wooden dock pathway to the inclining ramp to reach the Rubber Band.
Blue Skies: Behind the truck and large crane in the unloading yard with all the train car shipping containers.
New Coventry: Just off the dirt path shortcut, in the grassy corner near the rail bridge. It’s close to the fence within some trees.
Vale/Beach: Make-out point, overlooking the Carnival and Lighthouse.
School: Entrance of dirt path shortcut that leads to footbridge from school to Bullworth Town.
Vale/Beach: Accessed by swimming offshore. Swim under the arch to a small beach and head through a small tunnel. Walk the balancing beam to this Rubber Band on the pillar.
School: Secluded beach just north of the dirt path that leads around the school. Swim here or you can wait until the barricade from the school side Bike route opens at the beginning of Chapter 5.
Blue Skies: Closed-off paint depot yard across from Zoe’s house. Climb through the missing area in the fence.
Blue Skies: Inside the asylum, on the road near the locked front gates. Climb the tree along the west path to gain entry into the asylum.
Blue Skies: Beside Spaz Industries building. Jump the missing area in the fence by the sidewalk to enter this lot. Or, jump the dumpsters on the north side.
New Coventry: Alleyway that leads into the tenements building.
Vale: Base of the crazy jump ramp that leads from the back patio of a huge house and sends you through the air down the beach.
Vale: Under the bridge in the Happy Endings retirement home yard.
Bullworth Town: In front of the store with the red awning, east of the hospital.
School: Inside the barricaded mining tunnel along the Bike track behind the school.
Blue Skies: End of the train tracks bridge near the asylum.
Blue Skies: On the ramp near Spazz Meats. The Rubber Band is inside the second door on the second level of the ramp.
Vale: Offshore, west of the sunken pirate ship cove. It’s on the largest rock pillar across from the smaller ones in the water with the balancing beams
School: Principal’s office, near save book.
Blue Skies: In front of the tattoo parlor.
Vale: In the gazebo in Bullworth Gardens Park.
Vale: Picnic area in Bullworth Gardens Park where you send Burton over the rails in the port-a-potty. It’s next to the ramp.
Bullworth Town: Town Square, behind the base of the statue.
Bullworth Town: In the alley beside Shiny Bikes.
Vale: In the corner of the front of the church exterior, accessed by jumping over the broken wall behind the church through the cemetery.
Vale: In the alley beside the movie theater.
Vale: Beside the trashcan on the corner of the boxing gym; the side across from the gazebo.
Vale: Boxing gym, on the second floor lounge next to the trophy case.
Vale: Back changing room inside Aquaberry’s.
School: Near the wrecked elevator in the school basement. If inside the school, use the boiler room doorway near the school store to enter near this area.
New Coventry: In front of Yum Yum Market.
Blue Skies: Junky lot next to the Bus Stop.
Blue Skies: On the derelict boat in the water.
New Coventry: Parking lot next to Blue Balls Pool hall (greaser hangout).
School: Near the freezer in the back pantry of the cafeteria kitchen.
Vale: In the small fenced-in yard of the house across the street from Tad’s. Climb over the missing lattice section in the fence near the front porch. The Rubber Band is in the corner, under the tree.
School: Secret path along Bike path beside the school. It’s on the middle of the fallen tree that bridges a gap in the shortcut.
Bullworth Town: Dragon’s Wing comic shop basement (nerd hangout), near the bed.
School: Boys’ dorm, at the end of the hall.
School: In front of the main school building, near the rightmost door.
School: To the left of the jock clubhouse, at the end of the football field.
School: Secret raised path that leads from the Pool Building to the Harrington House. Use the pool building’s corner ladder to hop down into this area.
School: Follow the secret path that leads from the mowing yard at Harrington House. Jump over a break in the crumbling wall to the library.
School: Behind the stoop on the side of the girls’ dorm.
School: Unused auto shop garage south of and attached to the auto shop class. It’s inside, on a shelf to the right.
School: In front of the gym building
School: Around the corner on the side of the boys’ dorm
School: In the dirty fountain water of the Bullworth statue in the walkway intersection. Wade around until you find it.
School: In the shower stall in the girls’ gym locker room.
School: Near the Bike garage in the school parking lot.
School: Inside the old school Bus in the parking lot.
School: On the path that leads from the library to the observatory.
Vale: Next to the road wall on the dirt path that leads from Vale shopping area (behind Shin Jo’s) to a nice neighborhood.
Carnival: Inside the Freak Show, near the Crazy Painted Man.
Blue Skies: On the porch of the house across the street from the Bus stop.
Bullworth Town: In the corner of the raised city hall lawn, near a break in the fence.
Vale: Beside the house to the left of the bridge from Bullworth Town to Vale neighborhood.
