Deep man, deep
It's funny how back in the day, my mates and I who played this on PS2 and Dreamcasts developed our own language and naming conventions for this game. Everyone always called the Area 4 boss the "Running Man" in a kind of unspoken agreement that just kinda happened and everyone knew who you were talking about. The final form player form in Area 5 became known jokingly as the "Techno Foetus" which became an in-joke over the years.
Strangely enough the first time I played the game I got a serious case of Deja-Vu from the Running Man confrontation, like the image of this particle formed running person was from somewhere or something I couldn't remember.
