The fastest way to get the 2000 zombies sent and 30 combo chain are to camp under the fan trap in catacombs (assuming you have the map.). It's near impossible to fail to get the 30 combo just from enemies running into the blade. Assuming your opponent is resourceful enough to do the same you'll get 300+ kills easy, with next to no effort.
