Name The Game - Useless topic with 411 posts, but 9 people have more than 20 posts in it (one guy having over 50!); funnily enough some of them are posting here in favor of having these posts count again.
Then you have a large concentration of topics that don't generate discussion, they're just one-shot question threads which are as pointless as the Top 5 topics. Just on the first page:
Completely useless topics, absolutely no different than Top 5 threads. That kind of stuff isn't contributing to anything, so it shouldn't contribute back to them. Unless the Off Topic forums get some rules/moderation that make it a place where actual discussions take place, instead of countless "Do you <insert literally anything here>" and the odd news topic, then it doesn't need to count towards post count.
I do acknowledge that the Entertainment Board and Sports Bar stickies do produce legitimate posts, but it's not really appropriate to make them separate from the rest.
