I've found a helpful website,
http://www.scrabulizer.com/ where you can create your own custom boards. No way to export it unfortunately.
If someone could post how many of each tiles there are, it'd make it easier for everyone when they come to create there own boards.
I know this is cheating, but it may come in handy for when you're trying to get those last few achievements.
