I don't know the track name but it's the NiGHTS level with the boat section, you can hang left in the boat, do a shitload of stunts while glitching through the wall and skip a large section...and then get a massive boost when you hit the ground.

It's a good game and pretty challenging but the tracks aren't very well playtested at all, there are a lot of things to bump into if you go too fast and non-solid walls. The level in Shibuya with the highways and rooftops is a bit of a mess as well. If you go too fast there your character flips out.
