pretty sure you have to get a game session with a friend on your list and set to legendary, go to chieve trading on the forum.
I have only got heroic games.
If your going for the chieve you have unlimited spawns and the covenent killed don't respawn when you die so it's easier than you think by yourself....plus you get all the challenge points/xp etc
