For #6, I found that if you could make it over the dynamite, then just reverse up the ramp. Once your back tire falls off the backside of the ramp, lean back until he crashes, and he should fall over into the minecart. That's how I managed to do it. I tried it a few times more to make sure I could reproduce the results.
