1) Why are you necro-ing a completely random topic and very old topic for this?
2) A little preemptive, don't you think?
A much better way to do this is type everything up in a post and hit "Preview Post" to make sure it all looks right. If it does, save the formatting to a word document and then start on the next post. There is no reason you should be doing what you're doing.
