I am only rank 4 in the multiplayer and have picked up this game again to try and finish it. Should I go ahead and complete all weapons for Soldier of Fortune and then use this glitch? If so, is it difficult to do at that point or should I go ahead and try to complete the glitch at rank 4?

EDIT: I am actually rank 4 with all three diamonds unused. What should I do?
