1. Are the unmarked quests sidequests? or are sidequests only mission and order missions? and approximately how many are there?

2. how many territories are there in each region? is it indefinite, or are there only three like is shown on the map? i really hope this isn't the case because getting Ruler and Overlord would be damn near impossible..
