Sorry, didn't notice how it looked. No, you must complete every level on SS. Now I haven't played the campaign in soo long but to my knowledge, when you're selecting a level it tells you what difficulty you've completed it on.
All of the levels must show SS for the achievement to unlock. I've also edited the text.
