That photo is of the Special Combo Shock Attack (B+A).
I had already finished the campaign and had all the upgrades, so had access to all the moves already. I'm not sure if unlocking the Batman moves also unlocks them for the others. In the campaign have you unlocked the combos? Such as B+A and X+A? If not, perhaps play through the campaign until you get those unlocked, and perhaps it will help.
Certainly the Eskrima Ricochet X+A can be used to get big points, so once you can get that working you shouldn't have too many problems with Survival of the Fittest.
