You need to first play through the game on Normal. Once you've done that, you should have a fully upgraded Nanosuit by the time you finish. Once you've completed the last mission head to the chapter select screen.
Now just select the first mission again, but change the difficulty to Supersoldier. Now from here, just play through the game again, mission by mission, Don't do level select or anything if you quit out, just continue.
With a fully upgraded Nanosuit and a lot of skipping part with stealth, you can complete the SS campaign in about 2.5 hours or so.
