Fantastic to have a guide up so quick *thumbs up*
However like the action frampton said the description for this guide seems to be wrong for some regions or maybe just in general.
For example I just earned Tsantsa by using the skulls BOOM, Bandana and Grunt funeral. Just did pillar of autumn on legendary. With those 3 skulls it is actually easier than without them.
