If you dont get shot, the game tends to give you more checkpoints, just a tip to look out for. Another tip, I'm on the Ship level and since the enemies can take more than one bullet, I find it useful to tap both triggers to see if you got the kill and it also has less recoil this way, and it retargets the enemy if they fall down, if you have autoaim on. Also, stay in crouch or prone. For this method I'm using the MP40.
