Thank you very much for this guide. I was only at 94+% after I completed the game. I followed it and I was 99.11% before I did Music 5. Upon passing it I got 100% with the unlocking of the hat and rocker's outfit. The achievement didn't pop, but I dashboard-reload and it did eventually. Thanks again!
