I'm going for this achievements and when I click on my town square the only hat that is grayed out is the mayor one. I do have a castle with a queen though, I'm not sure why it's gray because it wasn't before. I also have checked to make sure it's not the artist stopping me and it's not.

Any advice for this would be greatly appreciated.
