Vault Hunt
No you do not have to start new game. I got to it by going to select character and selecting my character on PT2 and it gave me the choice to choose playthrough 1 or 2.

My launcher
I like my RL it does 78,248 x3 and it has fire DAM of 3605.9 per sec. I used it to beat Terra the Invincible today, but clearly there are better ones out there.
