I too can confirm that this is BS, I was on hard, but I did it like 15 times both when it was opening and before, while far enough away it wouldn't disappear and nothing happened.

Unlockable outfits

I noticed when I unlocked the maintaining the city achievement it also unlocked the mall security outfit, aside from the previous dlc outfits and the protoman outfit what other outfits are unlockable...

TK's favorite achievement was easy!

Don't believe all of the hype, I was all scared of this achievement because of all of the posts on here, but I got it in 7 games. I had trouble with a couple of the game types the first time I played...
