This time I made sure I talked to everyone in TIOD1 until they repeated themselves and TIOD2 popped up on time at 9.15am on the 4th day.

Lvl 50, no Reboot option, no Tooled Up - WTF?

I've hit Level 50, I've got 20/20 weapons and no Tooled Up.

The next step is use Reboot to see if that unlocks it -and it's not there!
