underslung grenades?

Can somebody help me out I don't know what this is and i'm trying to complete my assignments. How do I use these?

Instead of medkit use the M320/LVG or have the rail and equip the M320. If I'm not mistaken.

That's correct. The M320 can also be attached to most assault rifles or swapped as a standalone weapon for the medkit.

I don't know if they fixed it but you can also back in the day you could use the underslung shotgun (M26 MASS/DART/FRAG/SLUG) for this assignment too. You might find it easier than trying to get kills with the potato launcher.
