Anyone else keep getting an error message when they load this up now?

I got the same screen this morning backed out to the dashboard and reloaded it and it was fine.

I got this message all day once... next day it fired up fine.

Its hit and miss now days. Seems to work if i clear my system cache before loading the app but even then the things slow to load.
