DIY PCM achievement - EA Montreal

Today i went to EA Montreal and they told me that they dont give support for games, they just create them. They told me that its EA HQ who is based in california who give the customer support. They give me this number : 650-489-4589. Can someone in california can call them and go see them to fix this issue please ?
