Arid Nexus Badlands Undiscovered Quest
 

I am at the very end of the game and attempting to complete all viable side quests on playthrough 1. I only have one last quest in my quest log for Arid Badlands and it says Undiscovered Quest (Skags Eat Everything). Been killing Skags but no luck. Wondering what I am missing. Any help would be appreciated :)

Update: To get the quest, I literally killed every Skag in the area and the last Skag to die dropped the quest item to start it. If you have to do the same thing, after obtaining the quest, just Save and Exit to respawn the Skags to continue the quest.
