Yeah I have, there's also a weird bit of "muzak" that plays when you cross the corner of the frozen lake, have heard that a couple of times now.

It's been kind of cool to see and hear the little nuances in the atmosphere of each map. I was running through the grassy fields on Shield and an entire flock of birds leapt up around me and flew off when I disturbed them.

Yes,the ambiance is pretty cool. I believe there is also mosquitos buzzing.

I thought I heard that too, then I had to ask myself if I was fucking crazy. At least Im not the only crazy one.:)

I was taking off in a chopper, and a bird was flying by. I had to do a double take. Nice additions to the game.:)

I think they should have added a huge sandstorm on Bandar Desert would have been so fucking cool.

nope, but ill keep that in mind for when im next playing that map, also i can hear a strange noise near A on conquest in alborz mountain, and i was speaking to someone yesterday who said they heard a rooster on armoured shield

With my Turtles on I can hear all those little things too. I also like the intro music in the loading screens to all the maps. Idk if you guys have surrouund sound and can hear it good but they have a techno/metal type sound to them and my Turtles have amazing bass so it sounds really cool.

That is pretty awesome, I noticed that too on Armored Shield.

Anyone notice the birds in the trees on Caspian Border? I was shooting M26 Frag rounds at the trees one day and birds would randomly fly out.

I have yet to see any of the "easter eggs" but I am going to make it a point to tomorrow.

Yes, I've heard him. Very nice little detail that adds to the ambiance of the environments. In the midst of carnage on the battlefield, the hoot of an owl is something I take notice of even more so than explosions and irritating kids with their headsets.

And I'm not sure if there have always been birds flying around on BF 3 before this DLC, but the funny thing is that I have often mistaken birds as players parachuting out of air vehicles on Alborz Mountain. It's only when I try to spot and get fuck all in the way results that I feel an idiot. :/

The birds definitely got one over on me there. It'd be funnier if they shit on your head as an added Easter egg.

Anyone else find the Gnomes and shoot them? Did you hear them say, "Ouch!", when you destroyed them?

I haven't noticed any of the new sounds yet, but I remember hearing cats on Seine Crossing.

I tried shooting the birds on Armored Shield the other day, they're OP.....

Just like poles and trees damn it, at least I haven't been killed by one yet.

So, I think DICE needs to release another 3GB patch to fix these things right now!!!! In that process screw something else up and make it OP.

I think it's way to loud just the like the noises you hear on Scrap Metal. Cool overall though
