Challenge Accepted Guide
This is a full guide for the 'Challenge Accepted' achievement. It's a 100% comfirmed list of all the challenges you need to complete up-to/past level 1 and some level 5.
The lists will be shown in sections for easy finding (see Key below) and will only show the first level of what you need to achieve towards the achievement.
Take note that some challenges don't unlock until you either reach certain areas or complete the 1st level of a previous challenge. Please also look at the notes section below for some more information.

1) Even though some challenges are hidden, you can complete them while they're hidden (you do need to unlock them first before it actually counts as completed of course). For example, if you get 'Splish Splash' to level 5, 'Catch-A-Rocket' will unlock, which requires to kill enemies with direct rocket hits.
If you complete 'Splish Splash', but in the meantime also killed enemies with direct rockets, once you unlock 'Catch-A-Rocket' it'll be completed right away.
2) Any challenge that requires you to kill anyone, so Jenkins, you must deal the final killing blow. If someone else kills the challenge target, the challenge will not unlock for you.
3) DLC challenges do not count towards the achievement. Only the original game list that are all shown below.

Elemental weapons have a certain colour and word in their description - Fire, Shock, Corrosive, Explosive or Slag.) These weapons have a chance to cause damage over time (DoT); Burning, Electrocute, Corrode, deal Explosive damage or Slag your enemies for bonus damage.
Deal 5000 bonus damage to Slagged enemies
Kill 20 enemies with Explosive damage
Ignite 25 enemies
Deal 5000 Electrocute damage
Deal 2500 corrosion damage

Kill 5 enemies by ramming them with a vehicle

Revive a co-op partner 5 times
Get 1 "Second Wind" by killing a badass enemy
Heal 1000 points worth of damage

Get 1 "Second Wind" by killing an enemy with corrosive damage over time
Get 1 "Second Wind" by killing an enemy by electrocution damage over time

Get 2 "Second Winds" with rocket launchers

Kill 5 shielded enemies with 1 rocket each
Kill 200 enemies with rocket launcher splash damage
Kill 5 enemies with direct rocket hits
Kill 25 enemies with melee attacks
Kill 20 enemies with bladed guns
Some Grenades will also have multiple effects, but only the one mentioned in the Grenade's name will count, not both. For example: 'Sticky Lobbed Transfusion' spawns Child Grenades and steals health. Using this won't count towards the 'EXPLOOOOOSIONS!' challenge, but will count towards the 'Health Vampire' challenge.
Most Grenades can't kill enemies instanly. No enemiy close to your level at least. You probably want to deal some damage first and use Grenades as a finisher.

I got the official LE guide, so I'm going to compare and double check the lists together.
the one's you've posted are simply the single player set and these are not needed for the achievement. Well 5 are, which are in the misc section, but they can be the Vault Symbols.
I'm confused, so which challenges are we supposed to do and is it confirmed?
I'm going to grab a shotgun in a second, I did all of these days ago and couldn't get the achievement, but noticed in comparing my in-game list to yours that the long-range Shotgun kill one isn't listed at all in my game. I assumed that the in-game ones were just there automatically, I guess that you actually need to do a Challenge item once to have it populate? I'll post back if that was it or not for me, this one's been driving me crazy.

Oo thank yu very much for posting this guide! I already see the two I'm missing to get this, but i have a question.
If we're missing one or two of them on our list, if we do them will it still count towards the achievement?
Okay, I can't get the Shotgun Sniper Challenge to trigger to save my life. I popped into a low level character I have and confirmed that Challenges appear to mostly only show up once you've done whatever the Challenge is once (my level 18 guy only has 3 Shotgun Challenges showing for example). But in my level 38 character's game I am killing people with a shotgun from so far away I can barely see them and it's still not populating the Challenge for me. I even re-spec'd and haven't assigned any skill points to make sure some sort of passive wasn't messing it up, and I'm using a non-elemental shotgun. Does anyone have any idea???
also same for catch a rocket you need level 5 in splish splash for rockets
it seems to be counting them just not showing up until you are level 5 of a certain challenge

Anybody know how to unlock Shotgun Sniper or is it just like Catch a Rocket where I have to fully complete one of the shotgun challenges?
EDIT - I just discovered that completing the Open Wide challenge will unlock Shotgun Sniper, although some people have said they unlocked it at level 3 of Open Wide. Also, chances are you already have done Shotgun Sniper because the game will track it even though you don't have it unlocked. So it's more like doing one challenge instead of two.
EDIT 2 - Wow, completely didn't see that EliteLeafHater posted what I was looking for earlier. Shows how much I pay attention in the morning.

Jimmy Jenkins.. Still nothing.. He hates meh D= Does anyone know who has killed him. Does everyone in the room get the Challenge? or just the One person that gets the kill shot?
I do admit, I saw yours earlier and copied and pasted across the list for some sections. Why? Because 1, I would of typed it out anyway in any/that order, so it would be been the same and 2, it saved on hours worth of typing the same thing out. So even if I did it typing, it would of been similar and I would of got accused...
Only thing that is the same is the layout. I can't help that the list I got is the same as yours because we're both writing about the same achievement...
If you want credit for the initial list, I'll add your name to the top. Though the achievement description and list really can't be that different for this one.
OT: Anyone wondering about the challenges that aren't showing, some only pop up once you've either got to a certain location where that enemy spawn, or you've completed a previous challenge up to level 5 beforehand. Again, give me a couple of days to get some notes down on places and locations for things and I'll do an edit overhaul to hopefully help with as many of the challenges as possible.
