game is completely pathetic
 

tell me this, I just need 2 levels for gold both in lion king.
I had ZERO deaths, all 3 upgrades, all 3 challenges beat, 197 kills, and close to 1700 coins. How the fuck do I only get a SILVER. I've done far worse and received a GOLD. So close to 1000 and I think I'm through with it

u need one silver and one bronze to get gold, simply u dont actually need to get gold at the end of the level, if u check the chapter select screen u will see u have gold overall. And u will never get gold on the first playthrough of any level silver is the best u can get, then next time u play collect nothing just release the second costume and get to the end u recieve a bronze and overall that = gold.

Wow, unnecessary rage there. There were a couple of level where I felt I deserved a gold trophy but didn't receive one. I just replayed the level through a further time and got gold without really trying.

Got 100% yesterday, I can finally give the game away to my nephews.

In your first run of the level, you'll never, ever get a gold!

Getting a silver meaning you're good to go. Just run through the level a second time doing only the necessary to pass. You'll not even get a bronze medal (well, I got loser medals each time rushing through the level a second time), but when you return to the world menu, it'll show a gold. This is because the game captures that you've already done enough to get a gold medal the first time you play it. The only thing preventing the gold on your first playthrough is the second costume for each level.

I didn't even get gold on my second run through with some of the levels - especially with the monster's inc levels for some reason. Although the game can become rather tedious, you can eventually get the gold
