Torchlight 2 - No confirmed XBLA release :(
 

Am I the only one disappointed by this? :(

Having fun with the first, just wish the second one would come onto XBLA.

It better come out on the arcade, Torchlight was one of my favorite arcade titles to date. I put so much time into it and I still wanted more, I was counting on an Xbox release. I just don't know how well/poor it did on consoles as far as sales and if it would justify releasing the sequel.

It sold extremely well, problems are that the 360 lacks Ram so they would need to redesign the game.

Made me sad seeing as i could kill for coop grinding

I think they will add a release date for it eventually. I think it took 2 years (09'-11') for Torchlight to launch on the XBLA, I hope its not this long again.

I could be wrong but PC was suppose to get awhile ago and I only recently seen it pop up again.

~googles~ Runic Games originally estimated the PC version's release date to be sometime in 2011, but in November 2011 company president Travis Baldree announced the game release date would be pushed forward to 2012 to allow time for further polishing and a beta test.

Like I said, this was suppose to be out ages ago. Still isn't out yet. Not even a release date. I wouldn't worry about it.

I would sell my nan to play torchlight 2

I have a PC that could easily run it but I'd rather have it for XBLA as I tend to opt for lying back on my couch with a controller when I have an option. Same goes for Diablo III, I finished the beta and that thing would be easy to map to a controller.

I've watched gameplay on utube and it does look really fun, like the first if not more. Too bad about xbl though, would have been nice to have some achievements to hunt down for this one.

Yeh I am saddened to see no torchlight 2 release on xbla as well. Torchlight is awesome. Only thing Torchlight 1 needed was online co op play
