is there a missin battle in chap 4 cuz mines says 1, 2 then it goes str8 to 4. need some help

I think Chapter 4 is the Hebi chapter. You should check Orochimaru's hideout (and maybe all the other hideouts: Northern, Eastern and Southern). There are at least some fight replay scroll inside Orochimaru's hideout. It could also be at the beach near the Southern hideout (I think).

Yes, it is the Hebi Chapter and you are missing the Sasuke VS Sasuke fight, but I don't know where it is.
