Tackle Alley Challenge 10 wave 3 help
 

I don't get this run, every time i get to the hurdle on either side i get hit the second i land, tried slowing down right before but i trip, I would appreciate any tips. thanks.

wave 3 isn't a problem. wave 5 of challenge 10 is impossible. i've tried every online method and method i can come up with and still cant get it. the problem is the defenders. they can go anywhere on the field so they usually cut me off right as i reach the first hurdle.
