need help with latch-suck-spit-latch

I try to find a video of it but can't find any.

Need help. I need to latch in the air, take a bug in my mouth, spit it in mid air and latch before landing ??

I can't unlock that shit for years, now that I decided to make a post and see if anyone have a tip, I unlock it 5mins later.
