I cant seem ti get his beard i shut the doors and it doesnt do anything.

The Solution is to fill the Balloon (found in the room with the many boxes) and the 2 Gloves (found in the trashcan ,First Aid Section) with the Heliumgas near the Grogmachine.

Try it after the 3 items are filled with gas and it`ll work. :)
