    if your talking about the CoD one with the guy wearing the helmet, sunglasses and camo balaclava type thing, im pretty sure i entered the code on the back of my MW2 instruction book into a certain page on InfinityWard.com which then gave me a code to redeem on Xbox LIVE marketplace, which was for a few CoD gamerpics. I do actually have another leaflet in my CoD box with a code on it for some gamerpics so it may have been that one but only one of them worked when i tried it and i cant remember which, lol.
